1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating a profile, browsing, or otherwise using MuchDating ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our") at muchdating.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, that's fine - but please don't use the site. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and MuchDating.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of MuchDating after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use MuchDating. No exceptions. By signing up, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older;
• You are legally able to enter into a binding contract in your state of residence;
• You are not on any U.S. sex-offender registry and have not been convicted of a felony involving violence, fraud, or sexual misconduct;
• You are not currently married or in a committed relationship that would prohibit you from using a dating service;
• You are using MuchDating for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

If we learn a user is under 18 or otherwise ineligible, the account will be removed without notice or refund.

3. Your Account Responsibilities

Your MuchDating account is yours to look after. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information about yourself, including your age, location, and relationship status;
• Use real, recent photos of yourself - not stock images, models, or someone else;
• Keep your password private and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access;
• Be responsible for everything that happens under your account;
• Maintain only one active account at a time.

We may suspend or close any account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to other members. Review our safety tips for guidance on protecting yourself and the community.

4. Prohibited Conduct

To keep MuchDating a place real country folks actually want to be, the following conduct is prohibited:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind;
• Soliciting money, financial assistance, gifts, land, livestock, equipment, or wire transfers from other members;
• Posting nude, sexually explicit, or violent images;
• Creating fake profiles, catfishing, or impersonating another person;
• Using the Service for commercial advertising, recruiting, multi-level marketing, or escort services;
• Scraping, data mining, or using bots to interact with profiles;
• Uploading viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage the Service;
• Sharing other members' personal contact information without their permission;
• Using MuchDating in violation of any federal, state, or local law.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any prepaid subscription fees, and - where appropriate - referral to law enforcement.

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of everything you post on MuchDating - your profile text, photos, messages, and any other content you upload. By posting, you grant MuchDating a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, except for content already shared in private messages with other members or content we are required to retain by law.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to upload anything you don't have the rights to share.

6. Subscription, Billing, and Refund Policy

Creating a MuchDating profile and browsing country singles is free. Premium features - unlimited messaging, advanced search, Gold Status visibility, and similar add-ons - require a paid subscription.

Subscription plans are billed in advance for the term you select (1 month, 3 months, or 6 months). All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We will, however, consider refund requests submitted within 14 days of the original purchase if you have not used premium features. To request a refund, contact our support team with your account email and order date.

7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

If something goes sideways, we'd rather solve it like neighbors than like lawyers. Please contact us first and give us 30 days to make it right.

If we can't resolve a dispute informally, you and MuchDating agree to settle it through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court instead.

Class action waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

8. Limitation of Liability

MuchDating is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee you'll meet someone, find true love, or receive a marriage proposal. We don't conduct criminal background checks on members and we don't endorse, vouch for, or take responsibility for any member's behavior on or off the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuchDating, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any arbitration proceeding will be conducted in English and seated in Wilmington, Delaware, unless both parties agree otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
