• Payment information - if you upgrade to premium, our payment processor handles your card. We only store the last four digits and the billing ZIP for receipts.

• Device and log data - IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, and timestamps.
• Usage data - pages viewed, features used, and rough geographic location (city/state level) derived from your IP.

How We Use Your Information

Plain and simple - we use your information to run the site, match you with country singles near you, keep scammers out, and bill you fairly if you upgrade.

• Opt out - unsubscribe from marketing emails or opt out of optional analytics cookies.
• Do Not Sell or Share - California residents and others can confirm we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.
• Appeal - if we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to the decision email.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your account information for as long as your profile is active. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your profile content within 90 days. We retain a minimum amount of data longer when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations - typically up to seven years for billing records. Backups age out of our systems on a 30-day rolling basis.
